Comic Fiesta 2012

Hai hai!

3 minggu lepas,min ada terbaca post kt FB pasal event Comic Fiesta 2012. Event ni berlangsung 2 hari iaitu pada 22/12 dan 23/12 kat KLCC.Wahhh...Min punya la excited nak pergi sebab sebelum ni tak pernah pergi.Search punya search cara nk beli tiket sekali dah sold out tiket untuk early bird. Min hanya boleh beli on the day itself je.

Early bird (booking tix) : 2 days = RM35
Normal Price : 1 day = RM20

Bagi Min mahal sket(insan yg tak berapa nak mampu) tapi excited punya pasal HADO MAK KESOH?hahahaha~

Maka sabtu baru-baru ni Min serang la KLCC ngn kakak & 3 member Min. Kakak & 2 orang member tu katanya nk tengok muvie Hobbit, so Min pergi dengan Nura je (member lagi sorang). Kesian gak kat Nura sebab dia kena layan otak kartun Min (Nura ampOOOn~).

Disebabkan event ni sekali setahun, Q nak berbaris beli tix tu panjangnye tuhan aje yang tahu. Ade la dalam 11-12 lapisan zig-zang sebelum sampai ke kaunter tix. Nasib baik kaunter tix nye banyak & ramah tamah. Masa tengah beratur tu kami cuci mata tengok peminat-peminat fanatik anime & kartun yang pakai cosplay watak kegemaran mereka. Memang bersih mata kami.hahaha. Masa tengah cuci mata tu, Min ternampak watak kartun 3D favourite Min-->Cloud Final Fantasy.Hampir naik gila Min dibuatnya. Lepas tu Min cakap kt Nura:

"Target hari ni nak bergambar dengan Cloud tu. Baru Mission Accomplish"

Ade la dalam 45 minit lepas kami beratur, baru dapat beli tix. Lepas beli tix...hahaha...hape lagi...SERANGGGG!!!..kami masuk ke dewan utama. Haaa..hamik kau, belambak lagi peminat yang pakai cosplay yang sedang tunggu pertandingan cosplay bermula. Mata Min dah juling macam orang jakun, 1st time la katakan.hahaha.Kat bawah ni antara gamba-gambar yang min ambil.

Tapi yang sedihnya Min tak jumpa pun mamat yang pakai kostum Cloud tu. Kami teruskan usaha mencari mamat tu sambil-sambil singgah kat booth2 yang ada dalam dewan tu. Min tak dapat nak beli banyak barang sebab bawa duit sikit & tak bajet barang mahal sangat. Bertabah je la tengok barang-barang yang tak dapat beli tu. Ni antara barang-barang yang min dapat beli:

Kaki kami dah sakit tapi masih lagi gigh cari mamat Cloud tu. Tapi tu la, kalu dah jodoh tak ke mana (cewahhh~). Akhirnye jumpa jugak Cloud.YES!!!

Overall, Min sangat seronok dengan event ni walaupun Min dapat pergi 1 hari je.Hopefully diorang buat lagi next year & Min akan alert time booking tix nanti.hahaha.

Ok maybe I'm have no rights to give opinion or comments about something that not in my field. Last month I watch Korean drama The Innocent Man played by Song Joongki and Moon Chaewon...That's was one of the best drama I ever watch...I will watch again someday....*Joongki is handsome too...hoho*

Me: Ok guys, there will be a slide quiz next week. make sure you read all the notes that I gave to you.
Student: Ms Zaimin, the quiz will be objective or subjective?
Me: I'm not decide yet. which one do you want?
Student: OBJECTIVE!!!
Me: Are you sure? Because, I can put very confusing answers.
Student: Yes, it's ok because if we forgot the answer we still can answer the question. If subjective, we don't have other choices.
Me: If I make an objective questions...then you will be lazy to read my notes because the answer is there..
Student: No la...we promise, we will read...(happy face)
Me:...ok...then.... I will make all Subjective question...(troll face)

work work work ~

hi hi hi~~

It's already 2 weeks I working at KBU International College...wait....I didn't said that i got job....ya...I got job and started at 18th Sept 2012...(yayy~~)

This is the new world to me...there are so many things to learn...and probably more than (when i was a) student. I stayed temporarily with my sis's at Sri Kembangan. It takes almost 2 hour to get to KBU...*sigh~*
I need to wake up very early (5.30 am) to prepare eveything so that  I can be on time at college - 8.30am..Such a tough girl....hahaha~

Yesterday was my 1st Lecture...You won't believe me....I only have 6 students for my class (heaven)....hahaha....but still, I need to deliver well to them....I admit that I'm still nervous after the lecture....I hope I can do better in future..

The colleague....they are all very nice people....they helping me a lot ( saya budak baru belajar :D)...I joined the product and furniture team....since there only 6 students, it's good to us because there are only 3 lecturers (including me) for this team...NICOLE...MEI THENG...FIGHTING!!!! \\\(^0^)///

I think that's all for now... next time I will update more picture of "the new me"....getting fat....ayooo~

KBU International College

hello-hello~~

it's been ages i didn't wrote...(ayat mcm pernah dengar)...

i'm sorry bloggie.. 

maybe u guys wondering what's with my post title.......i just want to share my experience on my 2nd job interview....after....that...place....i don't want to mention it.....full stop!

it starting on monday 27th of Aug in the morning. i checked my email, and i got a job opportunity email from the head of design school in KBU. She ask me if i'm interested. well...of course! i hardly get an opportunity/honor....so i must grab it!

so...i'm about to reply it, then suddenly she called me. she's wondering why i'm not replying her email (she sent me on 24th) and asking me again if i'm interested to grab this opportunity. i explained my reason & said that i'm interested & will reply her email together with my resume. she sent me the second email about the interview details and  guess what....i got only 2 days left before my interview - 30th Aug, 10am!!!

first....prepare mock teach....no.....bus tix....no.....my outfit....no...... KBU map.....warghhhhh~

i admit...i'm a clumsy girl...i tried to be calm and prepared one by one.....and i think i've managed it well (in my on way...hahaha) on tuesday and wednesday.

i travelled from perak & stayed at my sis's house in putrajaya. since 30th of Aug was a working day, she cannot sent me to KBU in the morning. So i decided to go & explore it by myself by bus or train. on wednesday night i checked on google about the bus or train route from putrajaya to KBU. hah! U43 from putrajaya sentral to bandar utama. but it said that it takes about 2 hours....wh~~t???i need to get in the bus before 8???

  

FINE!!! Bring it ON!!!

D-Day.....i woke up early....ok i lied...i can't get enough sleep....practicing my mock teach+prepared my outfit....my sis need to go to her office first to punch her card & inform her boss-if she late come in because sending me to putrajaya sentral. while waiting for my sis, i wanted to text my mom....and....wait....where's my phone???DAMN!!!!!!!!!!! i left it at sis's!

.....and the clock showed ......7.50am.... 

i takes about 30 minutes to get back to my sis's-take my phone-to putrajaya sentral...my sis ask me to calm down....(of course i can't) and pray...i only get into the bus at 8.40am....and pray hard so that i can arrive at KBU on time....(even though it's impossible....according to mr.google)....

since i got the bus late....the road to the bandar utama was not really jammed...the vehicle still moved in slow phase...and i arrived at bandar utama bus station at 9.55am....THANK GOD!!!....(mr.google lied to me??)....i quickly search for taxi to get to KBU and arrived at 10.05am....

i'm quite nervous...even this is the 2nd interview....after they viewed my paper work, i gone through my mock teach and interviewing me....(i hope they understand what i'm tried to deliver)....what i like most about this time....even i felt  nervous, they kept on smiling and try to interact with me comfortably....to the interviewer....thank you...

i don't know either i get this job or not.....but for giving me an opportunity and experience....THANK YOU FROM MY SINCERELY HEART!!

cara penggayaannya pula terpulang kepada kreativiti individu itu sendiri....korang nak pakai dengan belt ke?kerongsang besar ke?asalkan bersesuaian dengan majlis atau tempat yang korang nak pergi.....Yuna ialah artis tempatan yang min suka tengok cara dia berfesyen...yang lain pun min suka tengok juga....jgn risau ye...hoho....

GemStone (Basic)

hai semua...

entri kali ni min nak buat dalam bahasa melayu(ada  inggeris sikit...heh~)....jangan risau, tak de maksud tersurat tersirat tersorot....hanya ingin berkongsi ilmu semata mata...

ok...memandangkan dh nak raya....semua persiapan kena buat.....baju la....biskut la...langsir la....yang paling busy kaum hawa la....teringat minggu lepas masa min pergi shopping dengan member kat Jalan TAR....masa tu baru lepas borong keronsang kt kedai...ape tah nama...memang murah dan banyak choice.....tp min terlupa nak beli butang baju melayu untuk abah & adik....so tak jauh dari kedai tu ada gerai yang jual kerongsang juga....so min decide nak beli kt situ je butang baju melayu....akhirnye dapat...2 kotak butang RM10....ala-ala pearl gitu....hahaha....tp yang min nak tekankan kat sini....walaupun butang baju melayu tu aksesori lelaki...tapi ramai makcik-makcik, kakak-kakak, gf-gf...berebut-rebut nak beli juga(termasuk la min..hahaha)....kesian tengok kaum-kaum adam yang nak beli tapi tak dapat nak rapat dengan meja gerai tu....hehe~

tuhan je la yang tahu betapa hebatnya penangan kaum hawa shopping......

ok...kita kembali pada tujuan asal...apa yang min nak bagi tahu kali ni ada kaitan dengan keronsang dan butang baju melayu....iaitu pasal batu permata yang biasa digunakan dalam rekaan aksesori...makcik-makcik yang suka barang kemas mesti dah expert bab-bab ni....tapi bagi yang belum tahu boleh la baca entri ni sampai habis ye...

sebelum ni ramai yang pernah tanya dengan min nama melayu-inggeris batu-batu permata....rasa bangga juga bila dapat bagi tahu dengan lancarnya disebabkan min pernah belajar pasal benda ni....yang tukang tanya tu dengar terlopong kagum...(bajet diri sendri hebat...hahahaha)

di bawah ni min letak beberapa jenis batu permata yang paling biasa digunakan dalam pembuatan barang kemas...

Pearl = Mutiara

berlian adalah batu yang paling digemari oleh kaum hawa....mahal jua....hahaha...sebenarnya ada pelbagai lagi jenis permata yang digunakan dalam pembuatan barang kemas....tapi takut nanti entri ni lagi panjang lebar, korang tak larat nak baca....hahaha...cukup setakat ini...lain kali min cerita lagi ye...selamat berpuasa semua...

Gifted or Hardworking

Hi everyone...

I'm kinda sad lately...feeling down....like i'm a useless person....something happen to me...and i don't want to mention it....i just want to take it positively and as experience...today i'm gonna talk about Gifted people and Hardworking people.....

when you're in school or college do you have friends that very talented or smart??everything that they do seems so perfect...and you only have hard work as your strength....in the end people judge you based on beautiful/perfect work and they didn't see your hardworking.....it's hurt right? 

it happen to me as well....i'm an art/design student....yes..i love art and design....but i have strength with no talent....i only can going through the whole semester with hardworking....only certain people can see that...but mostly can't....and sadly some of them are my friends.....when i got higher score in last semester, they accuse me cheating ( meniru or bodek lecturer)...b* please...if i do that you don't even see me here...you will see me continue study at Paris or German.....

and some of the lecturer as well.....i know that my art work are not the best (they wondering how can i pass the semester with good grade)...but please sometimes,please appreciate your student hard work....in future...we may not talented but we trying hard to be equal like other your favourite student...and you know,sometimes we're even have brilliant idea than others....

ok...i think i'm being too emotional.....i should stop.....lastly i just want to say to all gifted people.....please don't ever look down at hardworking people....they may not good as you but they are more faithful and noble than you know....

If you asking me what's your feeling....I just want to hug you tightly....yes...I'm speechless....too happy....finally my first new year wish come true....I'm graduate with Masters...billion trillion zillion thanks to my family, lecturers and friends who keep supporting me all the time....(campak love bertubi-tubi)....since i dunno what to say (too much happiness)....you guys can enjoy the pictures from the ceremony...

Inspiration from Media

Hi everyone...

For this entry i want to share my opinion about inspiration...what is inspiration? for me, it's something that can make my mind working creativity and help me find what i really love...inspiration can come in different way....sometimes i came from music, movie, talking, reading or other activities...today i will talk about drama or movie that give me inspiration...

There are many drama/series/movie that give me inspiration but for now I want to talk about 3 - a movie and 2 series....Firstly, the 3 Idiots Movie...

Bollywood Movie - 3 Idiots

for those who already watch this movie know how i felt.....this movie is about 3 engineering student Farhan, Raju and Rancho persuade their dreams while helping each other in college. their passion on studies make me think nothing is impossible if you really work for it. their principle really hates them and call them idiots. i also can see the friendship bond among them is very strong, they helping each other without any reward. i really recommended this movie to all of you (for those who not watching it yet)....it really can make you cry...

Ugly Betty 

2nd is Ugly Betty Series..this series is about the journey of an average-ugly latina girl who move to New York to persuade her dream to become fashion magazine editor....this series originally take from Columbia series Yo Soy Betty La Fea....i really love this series and i'll will buy this series's DVD....one day.it's a dramedy (drama-comedy) but it have so many good input. this drama make me want to be an editor one day....if i'm lucky...Fashion Editor would do....hahaha...(*keep dreaming~~)

Gossip Girl

Lastly, Gossip Girl series....ok i admit that, i only watch this series because of their fashion style....hahaha...i really wonder if that school really exist and they can go to school with that style...if is yes....wow!...their preppy style really make me going crazy...and their dresses to go to party...OMG~~...i love Blair fashion sense in this series...somehow this series help me to improve my fashion sense too...so it count as inspiration too right??

Nakagin Capsule Tower

Hi everyone...

Recently unique architecture had caught my eyes. When some of my friends post about great building in FB, I will try to search the information and picture. I guess someone had gave me good influence about architecture....(Mrs.Suzy...you're the best~~)

One of the building that caught my eyes is Nakagin Capsule Tower in Tokyo, Japan.  

Nakagin Capsule Tower

It was designed by Japanese architecture, Kisho Kurokawa  and complete in 1972 which was after the Postwar era. This building can be used as office tower and residential for single person at a time. This building represent the Japanese Metabolism, which is a movement in japan at that time. This rare building is the world's first example of capsule architecture built for actual use. The following are the detail pictures about its measurements and interior.
